Shipping & Delivery

Each garment leaves our atelier slowly, by hand, wrapped in tissue and intention. What follows is a short note on how — and when — your piece will reach you.

I · Processing

The hours before your order travels.

Orders are prepared within three to five working days of confirmation. Pieces are inspected, pressed, and folded by the same hands that made them.

Made-to-order and archive pieces may ask for a little longer — you will hear from us directly if so, with a date you can hold.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin their journey the following working day.

II · Tracking & Updates

A quiet correspondence, sent only when there is something to say.

You will receive a first letter the moment your order is received, and a second when it is dispatched — carrying a tracking number and the name of the courier.

From there, the parcel may be followed at any hour. Should it pause or wander, we are notified at the same time you are, and will write to you.
