Return & Exchange

Each Maison Nou piece is made slowly, in small numbers, and meant to be kept. For this reason, all sales are final — but should something not sit as it should, an exchange may be arranged.

I · Final Sale

Each garment is yours, once received.

Because our collections are produced in limited runs, every order is considered final sale. We do not offer refunds, store credit, or returns of change of mind.

Please take a moment with the size guide, the fabric notes, and the measurements listed on each garment before confirming your order. Our studio is glad to answer any question beforehand.

II · Exchanges

When a size does not settle, we will find one that does.

Should your piece arrive in a size that does not sit correctly, you may write to us within seven days of receipt to request an exchange. The garment must return to us unworn, unwashed, and in its original tissue, with tags intact.

Exchanges are offered subject to availability — for the same style in a different size only. Where a size is no longer held in the archive, we will write to you to discuss what may be done.

Return shipping is arranged and covered by the client. Once the parcel is received and reviewed by the studio, the new size will be sent on, with our compliments on the second postage.

III · To Request

A short letter is all that is needed.

Write to support@maisonknou.com with your order number, the piece in question, and the size you would like in its place. We will reply with a return address and the next steps.
